Saturday, Sunday.

Beverly of “How sweet the sound” asked  what we are going to do this weekend and tell about it on our pink Saturday post.

I might be going for a walk in the park on Saturday as the weather will be good. As I  am told Sunday will be rainy so I might cuddle up on the couch then and read a good book. At the moment I am reading “The Quilter’s Legacy” by Jennifer Chiaverini. Great book.

I love your photos Riet dear! I love the glimpse into your beautiful home.

We are supposed to get rain in the morning and then later turn to snow, so I think I had better find a good book to read too.

Tonight we have a roaring fire in the stove and all is snug and warm here.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend dear friend!
hugs from here...

I really like the soft effects that frame each photo - it accents the lovely scenes well. Each view is one to savor - the home inside )if raining) and the beautiful parks (outside). It is not too cold yet, so the park benches can still be enjoyed...

Je hebt weer een paar mooie kiekjes geplaatst Rietje.
Ik vind het bankje er wel leeg en verlaten bij staan.
Jammer, want het was best lekker vandaag, koud maar wel goed om een wandelingetje te maken.

Hello Riet, I think a walk in the park would be lovely but reading a book all warm and cozy is also a good idea. What ever you do, enjoy your weekend.

Thanksgiving week will be crazy busy for us and then I am checking our itinerary for the river Cruise. It is getting closer. Where did this year go? I will be in touch so we can hopefully make plans to meet.

Love your terrific photos in the previous post as well as this one. The red sunrise is amazing.

Hugs, Jeanne

Such a warm and inviting post! It's raining here in Oregon and so curling up with a good book was my weekend option for sure!
